Scoped intake

Capture the goal, audience, offer, tone, and constraints. The planner gets raw intent; downstream agents receive structured artifacts, not the whole conversation.

Task contract

Define what “done” means before generation: asset count, format rules, evaluation scores, retry thresholds, and approval requirements.

External evaluation

The evaluator is separate from the generator and is prompted to be skeptical. Low scores route to revision instead of publish.

Human approval

The MVP never publishes directly. Queueing records intent only until OAuth, idempotency, and post-action verification are connected.
