I used Solodot for Solodot as a solopreneur.

The same product logic shaped this direction: identify the painpoint, route the harness, produce one useful action, then decide what deserves deeper product work.

I used Solodot to route Solodot's own painpoint.

As a solopreneur building the product, I treated Solodot as the first customer: connect the market dots, agent dots, and founder constraints, then identify which painpoint deserved an agent action.

The positioning moved from a broad operating layer to painpoint routing with agent action harnesses.

Agent action

The first action was the product map.

Instead of treating AI capacity as the whole answer, the workflow produced a sharper six-harness model: bottleneck map, first-customer pipeline, founder function map, customer learning loop, trust packet, and agent workflow plan.
